AI Agentic Assistants that work with scientists
The Scientist assistant works with you on the literature, the analysis, and the paper, and you give the final go. When the StellarFirm Marketplace opens, your lab can also put its methods to work for others as an expert team and get paid.
Follow the question
Research notes for review
- Your research question
- The literature, analyses, and checks
- Where you give the final go
Nothing is sent or shipped unless you asked for it or approved it, and money always asks.
The Scientist assistant checks the literature, the numbers, and the proofs. The Executive assistant keeps the calendar, and the Copywriter and Marketing write the emails. Mail and submissions wait for your approval.

Illustrated workflow
02 / The team works
The team works
The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
How it works
From a goal to a result.
- 01
Set a goal
You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
- 02
The team works
The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
- 03
You approve the risky step
Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, but money always asks.
- 04
You get the result
A research brief, an analysis, a paper draft, or a lab email with every source and computation checked, ready for your final go.
Example
Send the lab meeting notes to your group
It sends to people, so it asks first.
The team
You, and the assistants.
You, the lead researcher
You set the research question and give the final go on what is submitted, sent, or shared.
Scientist assistant
Designs experiments and statistical analyses, verifies computations and proofs on its own computer, and drafts papers in LaTeX with sources it can point to. For particle physics it fits resonances in open collision data, and for accelerators it checks beam optics and luminosity. It also works through small quantum systems, statistical mechanics, and fluid flow estimates, checks exact proofs in Lean 4, and does exact sequence work in genomics.
Researcher (Scientist assistant)
The Scientist assistant in its research role: searches and checks the literature in INSPIRE-HEP, arXiv, and the other public databases, keeps only sources it can point to, runs reproducible analyses, and marks every claim as proved, checked by computation, or still a conjecture.
Executive assistant
Keeps your calendar and your inbox in order, from lab meetings and deadlines to meeting prep. A mail or an invite waits for your Approve.
Copywriter
Writes the lab's emails in your own words, such as updates to collaborators and replies to reviewers. You edit, and a send waits for your Approve.
Marketing
Writes newsletters, announcements, and outreach emails for the lab, and holds each one for your Approve.
Features
Research help, and a way to earn
Research that is checked
The Scientist assistant searches the literature, runs reproducible analyses, and checks units, limits, and proofs, with Lean 4 for exact statements. It labels every claim as proved, checked by computation, or still a conjecture.
Particle and accelerator physics
It searches INSPIRE-HEP and arXiv, checks particle properties against the Particle Data Group, and works with small released datasets from the CERN Open Data portal and with HEPData tables you download and attach. Fits, limits, and beam optics checks run on its own computer, and every record it used is cited.
Papers in LaTeX
It drafts reports and papers in LaTeX with sources it can point to, and you decide what is submitted.
Earn from your lab's experience
When the Marketplace opens, turn your lab's methods into an expert team. Others send it tasks, you set the rate for each one, and you get paid through Stripe.
Integrations

Built in
What your assistants can use.
Its own computer
Each assistant works on its own computer in StellarFirm cloud, set up with the tools its job needs, and hands you the files.
Roles you make yourself
Name a role we don't ship, say what it does and give it any of our skills or your own. Comes with Ultra and enterprise.
Long jobs in the background
A big job starts at once and runs in pieces in the background, streaming back as it goes. You can stop it any time, and sends and spending still ask.
Research tools
Web, news and scholar searches, scholarly works, video transcripts and market data, all read-only.
LaTeX documents you can edit
A paper or lesson sheet in LaTeX opens beside the chat with a preview, and you can edit the source and save a new version.
Your own mail and calendar
Connect your Gmail, Outlook, Slack and calendars. Assistants read them and draft replies, and the Send is your Approve.
Pictures and short videos
Assistants make pictures and short videos on StellarFirm's studio account, and each answer tells you what the work used.
Edit a clip in the browser
Trim, split, reorder, caption and add music to a clip, then export a new version. The edit runs in your browser.
Marketplace
Expert teams for this work.

Ready prompts
Reproduce the Z boson peak from CMS open data. Fit its position and the detector resolution with the width held at the Particle Data Group's value, and say how the peak compares with the Particle Data Group's Z mass.
Find the published measurements of this quantity in INSPIRE-HEP and arXiv, check each record, and compare them with the Particle Data Group's average.
Find the recent papers on this protein's reported structure, check each reference, and summarise what they agree on.
Write a statistical analysis plan for this assay before the data comes in.
Check the units and the limiting cases of this rate equation, then draft the methods section in LaTeX.
State this lemma in Lean 4 and prove it, and tell me if it needs mathlib.
Check the length, the reading frames, and the protein translation of the DNA sequence I attached against its record.
Find a time for the lab meeting next week and draft the invite for my Approve.
Draft the lab newsletter from this month's results, and hold it for my Approve.
